What is the Refund, Dispute, & Cancellation Policy?
Refunds:
All services are final sale and non-refundable. Energy work is a deeply personal and intuitive process, and each experience is unique. While outcomes may vary, my commitment to holding a safe and supportive space remains the same for every session.
Disputes:
If you have concerns about your session or feel that something did not align, please reach out within 48 hours. I welcome open and respectful conversation, and I will always do my best to address your experience with care and understanding.
Cancellations:
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your session. Cancellations made within this time frame may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late and may be subject to the full session fee.
Rescheduling:
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a new time that works for both of us.
